shipping & returns

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMITTING ORDER! Once your package is in the mail, I am no longer responsible for it. I have no power over the USPS. 

At this time I am only shipping within the United States and to Canada and the UK. Ready to Ship (*RTS*) pieces will ship within 1-3 business days and Made to Order (*MTO*) pieces within 7-10 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

Exchanges and cancellations are not accepted.

For returns: contact me within 7 days of delivery and return item within 14 days for a refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and item must be returned in its original, unused state to be eligible for refund. If you have any questions and/or concerns about your order, please contact me! I will happily work with you to resolve it.

I do repairs and/or replacements on a case-by-case basis.
